Artists and musicians from Ancient Path will be doing a Good Friday service at Rockside Church in Independence – from 7-8 pm, April 10th. It’s open to everyone – so bring your friends and join us for an evening of contemplative music, spoken word and community worship in an atmosphere of stark and simple beauty.
Through the spoken word, we will reflect on the sacrifice of Christ. Through contemplative music, we will gaze on the beauty of the One who hung between heaven and earth – with the weight of our sin on His shoulders and the weight of the world on His loving heart. Through deep worship, we will sit at the foot of the cross – to honor our dying Savior and bow before our living Lord.
