New photos from the Mikea Forest & Anjabetrongo Village, Madagascar

Ancient Path’s partner in the Mikea Forest, Pastor Jonoro, recently sent a batch of new photos of the ongoing work in this remote region. In the month of March, a medical team from South Korea traveled to the forest to minister to the people there and encourage Pastor Jonoro and his wife Hanitra. This is now their fourth trip to this region in as many years, and they report that the health situation of the Mikea people has deteriorated drastically due to food scarcity. By the end of their 9 day trip they had performed 284 consultations, 8 major surgeries, 3 micro surgeries,2 circumcisions, seen 35 dental patients, extracting 49 teeth. They also distributed vitamins to the Mikea. God bless the people from Mobile Medical Mission for Madagascar and their work among the people of the Mikea Forest!

The following are photos of their work there and of the people and children. Click on the first photo, then move cursor to right side of photo and click on ‘next’ to scroll through set.
