Simply Worship

On Wednesday evening May 13th, Rockside Church will begin a teaching series entitled Simply Worship – led by AP President, Patt Wadenpfuhl, and AP Ancient Path CD series composer, Ken Wadenpfuhl, who are also Rockside Church’s new worship leaders.
The purpose of this series is to equip and encourage worship leaders and musicians, and also to empower and challenge each one of us to engage God in deeper and increasingly meaningful ways – as a congregation and as individuals. Over the course of several weeks, we will explore:
- The foundations, meaning and purpose of worship
- The Biblical pathway of worship and the role of each aspect, such as praise, thanksgiving and intimacy
- The heart of worship: actively loving the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength
- The heart of the worshipper: the character and call of the worship musician
- Worship as a lifestyle, and other related topics
We’ll learn together and then simply worship together, allowing God to draw us up to Himself.
